for the past 30 years, The Copper Mill’s vision has always been to deliver the highest possible quality food and service to the guest and to do so consistently.
- We only use steaks and prime rib graded “USDA choice” or higher.
- We age all of our beef on premise and hand-cut our steaks daily.
- All prawns are hand-breaded in the restaurant.
- When in season, we fillet and dress whole fresh halibut.
- We make our soups and salads from scratch daily.
- Our desserts are created and prepared fresh by our pastry chefs.
