Over the past 30 years, The Copper Mill’s vision has always been to deliver the highest possible quality food and service to the guest and to do so consistently.
To achieve this goal on a daily basis, we have implemented certain core values since our first day open and continue to honor these standards each new day. Our vision for The Copper Mill includes the following values:
• We only use steaks and prime rib graded “USDA choice” or higher.
• We age all of our beef on premise and hand-cut our steaks daily.
• All prawns are hand-breaded in the restaurant.
• When in season, we fillet and dress whole fresh halibut.
• We make our soups and salads from scratch daily.
• Our desserts are created and prepared fresh by our pastry chefs.
• We offer at least three distinct specials on a daily basis.
We firmly believe that we are only as good as the last meal we serve. With this in mind, we continue with our vision, striving to always create and deliver the very best.
